APPLICATION DEADLINE: 11:59PM EST on Sunday, March 31, 2019. All submissions must be made through www.broadwayboundfestival.com/submit. Late applications, applications mailed via the postal serve, e-mailed or faxed will not be accepted – no exceptions will be made.
FINALIST INTERVIEWS: Friday, April 5 - Sunday, April 7, 2019. Finalists will be interviewed by the Festival Director, via telephone/FaceTime/Skype.
PARTICIPANT INVITATION: Monday, April 8, 2019. Acceptance offers will be made on a rolling basis. Final acceptance offers will be made no later than Monday, April 8, 2019.
CONTRACTS AND PARTICIPATION FEE DUE: 12PM (Noon) EST on Wednesday, April 10, 2019. If invited to participate, your contract and non-refundable participation fee is due no later than 12PM (Noon) EST. If you miss this deadline, your spot will be offered to another finalist.
FESTIVAL PROPER: Techs Begin on Monday, July 29, 2019, between the hours of 9:30AM - 10:30PM.
Performances Run: Tuesday, July 30 - Sunday, August 25, 2019 at 2PM, 5PM and 8PM
